The artwork is very similar to “On the Spot” which was copyrighted to Epworth, but the artist has been identified as Belarski by David Saunders. Creep, Shadow Creep also has copyright to Epworth… so I’m wondering if it is really Belarski. I’ve emailed Saunders to see what he thinks.
