Vintage pulp SciFi art is wonderful, though. Pin-up girls diving into outer space clad in a shining copper avant-a-lettre Gaultier bra and, of course, high heels. Great for puntering obnoxious aliens in their whatever they had for manhoods.
“Emsh” was an excellent illustrator, there was often something ominous brooding in his plates. Something you wanted to know more about.
