The artist’s name is (possibly) written on the right side of the cover, above the man’s hand, to the right of the bandaged woman, but I can’t make it out.
It’s not a re-use since the background is different (skull instead of mummy).

it must be the same artist. Many clues may lead to an artist called Brian Bennett ?
Those paintings were frequently painted over and modified for re-use.
