I wonder if the artist who did the cover for this issue, “Spring 1931” is still alive, or someone from their family? Because if you compare the flying saucer moving across the page, with the actual “Moon Pan” that circles Saturn, they look very much alike, see Video below! Pan spends its time in that big 200 mile wide gap in the rings of Saturn. There is even a possibility that Pan could be some kind of an artificial object, possibly placed there for some unknown purpose?
