The position of each set of legs is nearly the mirror image of the other. I’d say the same artist did both covers and neither cover looks like a Bergey to me. I hate to disagree with marc (especially because he has a 99.9999% accuracy), but they look more like Walt Otto covers to me, despite the two-toned shoes. Otto sometimes put two-tones on his girls’ shoes.
