Haha! Yes, there is, indeed, a hook attached to that “T.” And an R that follows it. I have yet to study those two (George/Jerry Rozen). I still cannot recognize their style(s). But now that I see that the “T” is actually a J, the JR certainly fits the name Jerome Rozen. Without even going to check to see what his initials actually look like on other works, I suppose you are already correct.
The artwork is gorgeous. The T of the signature reminds me of the T of some of the signatures of Tom Lovell’s works.
I’d go for Jerome Rozen.
