Yes, I shot the savage beast through the heart ‘a la Tough Guy rendition…but, alas, a 300+ kilo bear landing on top of me and the awkward way my leg was caught in the snow was the end of this particular tough guy buried in freezing snow by a dead bear, and with a broken leg and back my last thoughts were of Zach’s Motel where awaiting for me where the Klondike girls in their bright red draws….sigh!
